Some people escape from the harshness of reality by immersing themselves in fantasy worlds, books, movies, or games. Some people create their own fiction by lying, deceiving, or pretending to be someone they are not. Some people blur the boundaries between reality and fiction by believing in myths, legends, or conspiracies. But what happens when fiction becomes more real than reality? What are the consequences of living in a fictional bubble? How does fiction shape our perception, identity, and morality? These are the questions that this blog explores, as we examine the fascinating and frightening phenomenon of life’s fiction.
